Ben came out an evaluated the roof ridges. They had deteriorated to the point they could not be repaired. He provided pictures and an estimate. He kept us notified when he would be here to complete the repair. He was punctual professional and polite. No up selling, Evaluated the roof and provided the information on it's condition. There are a lot of questionable roofers in the area. We are thankful we could find someone that does what they promise. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY!

Ben from sun state roofing was fantastic to work with. He is honest, reasonable and incredibly efficient. He spoke with me several times on the phone, explaining every step of the repairs and sealant work so I fully understood what was being done. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole process easy and stress free. The quality of the work was excellent and I appreciate his professionalism and transparency.

Ben Mackay’s work on my roof was top notch. He took the extra steps in the process of installing/sealing it that insured the leaks in it have no chance of recurring. Also, the quality of the silicon roof coating material will insure that there will not be any leaks in the future. He was very easy to work with on my roof resurfacing project. Sun State was contacted because my home inspector found a tear in my TPO roofing. Ben the owner responded and he was very thorough in his inspection of the roof. He explained the nature of the roofing system and informed me on how to maintain it. He never hard sold me, only gave me the facts. He provided a repair estimate and asked if I wanted another estimate for the upkeep and preventative maintenance. Ben's work etiquette is very good, he worked with urgency and cares about the quality and relationship he establishes with his customers. I had three different roofers give me an estimate for cleaning and sealing my roof. Ben’s estimate was not the lowest, but he was the only one who noticed areas where I needed repair. He kept to scheduled appointments, and texted when he was delayed. He was meticulous in his work, thoroughly cleaned up after project was completed, and additionally cleaned out my gutters. I have already confirmed with him my annual roof cleaning. He will be my roofer for as long as I stay in my manufactured home

Personable and friendly, the owners of Sun State Roofing answered ALL of our questions. They did the job quickly and efficiently, and we are so thankful for their service. Until they cleaned the roof, we didn't know that there were several holes from hurricane Milton which needed to be repaired. But now the roof has been patched and sealed; it is ready for Florida weather! With the new paint sealant, it looks spectacular. Sun State Roofing went above and beyond the "required" service.
