He told me when he was going to be there, called me when he when was on his way, he explained the work, was very thoruough and I would hire him again.

(I am writing this review for a water heater job which was not an option to select). Sun Mechanical did a fantastic job fixing a leak and installing a new water heater in my townhome. John was able to save me hundreds of dollars vs an initial quote that I had already paid another company come out and give me. I’m very glad that I got his opinion before I over-payed someone to complete this work. Not only was the price much better, but I was also much more comfortable (based on his communication) that he knew what he was doing. I’ve used these guys for years whenever I have an issue at the house and I can’t recommend them enough.

Response was fast and scheduled an appointment the next day. Communication was outstanding. They explained what happened to my AC unit and showed me how to correct it myself. Will use them again in the future.
