    Very knowledgeable and professional. Got the job done and gave me some pointers on how the system works, how to read the panel and Smart Meter. So far it looks like I'm making power. Will use this company for any further service needs for my solar panels and inverter.

    The system is up and running and performing as promise. There is still a followup that remains, connecting to the internet. Also the placement of the panels was not quite what I thought was optimal and that may yet be addressed. The existing roof racks might be part of the issue and I don't want to unnecessary judge this negatively as I will be talking to the contractor during the follow up. A real plus for this company is its knowledge of PV systems. Most companies push one line of products, this one offers several choices and provides with all of the necessary specs. Another plus is this company does maintenance on PV systems, one they installed and any others. The initial visit for diagnostics was thorough and was at no charge.

    no follow through, left me hanging to contact companies on my own to try to get them to honor their warranty. Poor communication. Talks the talk but does not walk the walk.
