This builder put on a ramp to our deck and did a fabulous job. Rob came out and gave me a quote. Two weeks later they started the project and asked for 1/2 down. They finished in a day and a half. They were punctual, professional and I am very happy with their work.

I recently hired Rob to build a deck at my familys shore house, He is amazing to work with. He took the extra time and explained all the pros and cons of all materiel both new and old. The deck he and his gang built came out not only amazing but extremely extraordinary. We have been given many compliments on our new deck but really Tob should receive all the credit. 10 star service. Very pleased with Rob and his guys. They did a great job. I liked that Sun In Builders handled the permits. Rob and his team were very courteous. They removed my old deck in one day and and did a great job of cleaning up. My two new decks were completed in the time schedule promised. Pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend Sun In Builders if you are building or replacing your deck!

Few boards with questionable flatness but owner will replace.

Rob and his team were great! They built a new deck on my townhouse. Handled the permits, communicated well, and completed the job quickly.

The deck was built haphazard needs repair, the builder will not respond to many phone calls. Did not receive a warranty, all started April of 2019, not done yet. I gave him $15000 and that is how he treated me, I am very upset due to the end result, the steps were incorrectly done, the bord that attaches to my home, you can see that is cut out.
