They were extremely efficient, very courteous and they did a fine job. They met all of the deadlines they promised. They cleaned up afterwards. It was a magnificent job and there was great interaction with the me.

Working with Rob was GREAT! I received my estimate during our very first visit. Once funding was available he started right away since January was not the busiest time of year. My two level deck was completed in 5 working days! Rob had a plan and stuck to it. We made a few tweaks to the layout and my deck ended up having even more usable space than before. The completed deck looks terrific. I can hardly wait to get out there and grill with a cocktail in my hand. Thanks, Rob! I am very happy.

Rob and Sun-in-builders saved my sanity. I was frustrated after nine other contractors left me high and dry in communication, follow through on scheduling to get a quote and unreasonable prices for our deck build. I received a call from Rob and decided to have him out to take a look. He was prompt and gave me a great price quote on the spot. His communication was top rate, He always called backed within a few hours of me contacting Him. The wood he used for the deck was grade A! Not that crap you get at Home Depot. His craftsmanship is top shelf as well. He had our deck built in two days. Well three days, but that was due to an overly anal retentive Inspector. He handled that with ease and class as well. Rob Kurian (owner) and crew were very professional, clean, punctional, did exactally what he said he was going to do, replied to questions and concerns, communicated everything every step of the way and he stuck to his schedule. Quality of construction is second to none and when I have additional work done in the spring I will definitely rehire Sun-In Builders. My first call was promptly returned and I found Rob, the owner, to be very professional and knowledgeable. When my work was scheduled, he and his workers were here on time and did a very nice job. My old 12'x15' deck was removed in one day and rebuilt in one day. The work site was left neat with all deck furniture replaced carefully.
