They were professional during all phases of the resurfacing and repair. The large condo pool had 50 years of neglect. They performed a complete inspection and were very honest about their findings. I have nothing but admiration for their work ethic and performance. They kept us informed during the entire process.

This company is outstanding. They do great quality work and service after the sale is far above and beyond. I would recommend this company to anyone considering anything involving their pool.

It's really not completed yet. I'm a little disappointed in the lack of communication. I wasn't kept up to date on who's coming when to do what until the last minute. And there was a language barrier with most of the workers.

Everyone was very nice, efficient, knowledgeable. If they said they would be there they showed up every time. It was finished on time. The finished product is great! They left no materials or mess around the pool. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Sun Blue resurfaced my pool over a year ago. They did not properly fill in the space between the tiles. This was brought to their attention during installation but repeatedly ignored. As a result of their sloppy work, my pool was much tougher to clean. As an update to my earlier review, they have since come out to address this issue and I have increased my rating to 4 stars. I wish this was taken care of sooner, but appreciate that they did eventually make multiple trips to take care of this issue.

They were very efficient, they always showed up on time and the price was very reasonable. They did a wonderful job and our pool is beautiful! I highly recommend this company!

Sun Blue Pool arrived when promised. The quality of the work is first class. I was impressed with the clean condition of the work area after the work was complete. This is the only company you need to call for your pool needs.

Poor communication and project not delivered on time.

Such a disappointment, I am sure most of the reviews here are paid reviews. Do not be filled by salespeople that will sell you service, once you paid the deposit, you are on the hook, anything additional that you may need will cost you twice more expensive after you paid the deposit. They are hiring contractors that are not part of Sun Blue and making money on marking up their service, most of the contractors do not speak any English and you have to supervise them to make sure everything did correctly since no one from Sun Blue pool would be onsite to supervise them. And after I posted this review, they offered me a small refund, which was offered as goodwill for delays in the project, BUT to get a refund they sent me a release form and asked me to remove all negative reviews from ALL platforms (google & Facebook) and agree to not post any other negative reviews in the future.
