Reviews
Write a ReviewVery friendly company from the sales to the installer to office staff. Did a beautiful job with the install and were very honest. I really enjoyed working with Stylesafe and love my new bathroom
The electrican moved the shower to high for me to reach with out asking us ,so my husband has to help. That did not make me happy.
We are very happy with our new bathroom remodel. It is safe and looks great. Thanks
StyleSafe Bath and Shower recently installed a 'walk-in shower' in our home. From greeting us at the door to saying farewell with project complete, we are very pleased with the finished project! The installer did not waste time, very concerned about surrounding areas in our house, good job with asking our opinion and making a suggestion. The sales rep was very helpful for suggestions as we had a little extra situation. Also, the plumbers were efficient. We highly recommend StyleSafe!
Well first I will say that the bathroom remodel looks great and that’s why they get a one star. Here’s the issue, they also installed a chair lift on our stairs for Michelle. Michelle is in a wheelchair so this the chair and the remodel. Upon style safes first visit Michelle explained how she needed the chair installed so that it would be safe for her getting in and out of the chair. A few weeks past and yet another visit was needed to do measurements because their plans were wrong. After a couple of months the chair was installed and it is still wrong Michelle has to move around a wall to get in and out of the chair. Numerous calls have been made to get this fixed but when she would call she gets past around because no one wants to discuss it, 3 weeks ago she finally got the chance to speak with Gina the owner of the company and it was like talking to the wall she wouldn’t listen to any of it but came to the reality she should come look for herself. All just lip service from the owner have not heard a thing. So Michelle is left with an unsafe chair to take her up and down the stairs and by the response she got from the owner herself she will have to remain using her unsafe chairlift. It is really sad that the safety of one of her customers does not matter the job is done and although it was installed wrong it just doesn’t matter. I would not recommend this company to do anything for anybody. They don’t listen to the needs of a handicapped individual and what her needs were to be safe in her own home. You should be ashamed of yourself Gina for being such a terrible business owner
