COV19 restrictions were observed. Josh arrived with mask. Stump Brothers were very prompt in supplying me with an estimate. An exact date was given to perform the services. They arrived within the designated time frame as promised.. The price quoted was fair and the work was done very quickly. I am very satisfied with the work. He was done very professionally.

Josh did a great job removing root systems from three bushes in my front garden. It took him less than 30 minutes to do what would have taken me days. Very professional.

After the job is done, you have to do some work to get it all cleaned up. Plan accordingly. I got enough "free" mulch from my 30" stump to mulch around 4 large cherry trees and plenty left over. A wheelbarrow, shovel, and a couple hours of good work, got it all cleaned up.

I really hate giving negative reviews but feel compelled to do so. The job is incomplete. 2 stumps remain. Despite Josh's initial inspection of the property and quotation, he chose to leave it due to some small stones surrounding the stumps. My biggest issue is with all of the equipment oil leaks including on top of my paved drive, which I'm still struggling on cleaning up. As for the stumps that were removed, a big mess - no cleanup. Lastly, stumps were ground only to ground surface.

Josh did a great job while working in a light rain and with a strong cold wind. Because of the size of the tree stump and the attached root ball it took a lot more time and effort to compete the job. I thank Stump Brothers for a job well done!
