Strickland Pools built a pool for me at my home in Savannah, GA as well as my home in Fernandina Beach, FL. The quality of their work is top tier, Bryan is awesome and so hard working. We couldn?t be happier with our Fernandina Beach oasis!

Strickland Pools built a pool and spa for me in Savannah, GA after getting caught up with another poor builder. When Strickland Pools came to the job it was a wreck and they turned it around. I couldn’t have been happier with the job they did.

I can?t say enough about Strickland Pools! They were the 4th pool company I called after Helene wrecked my pool. And the ONLY one who did what they promised they would do when they promised they?d do it. They showed up and exceeded my expectations and I am grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail. If you need ANY pool work please call them. I am a brand ambassador! Strickland Pools has been superb to have on-site managing my pool repairs. I had major storm damage that completely destroyed my pool equipment and damaged my pool liner. Strickland Pools responded quickly to my request for help. Heather contacted me immediately and scheduled a convenient time for Bryan to come to measure and inspect the damages. Heather provided a quote, and everything was completed within 3 days. Once the new liner came in (about a week), Bryan was ready to begin working. They completed putting in the liner, and it looks amazing. The equipment is in place, and new pipes were installed. Mitchell, the electrician, did a fantastic job wiring the electrical equipment, burying the electrical lines that were exposed and adding an outlet. I have already recommended this company to several people, and I highly recommend them as they are punctual, caring, committed, professional, experts, who provides outstanding customer support, going above and beyond, and they are very kind. They take pride in their work, and it shows. I appreciate them, and I am truly satisfied with everything they have done to make my pool functional and beautiful. Thank you!

They are awful. Worst pool company. They suck at communicating and donâ t show up half the time. Bryan will cuss you out and speak to you unprofessionally. They will give you false information. They will also show up to your home past midnight shining headlights into your and your neighbors back yards. They changed the liner 3 times because of awful quality. They donâ t know pools as their logo and tag line states. If anything, they know how to anger a customer. The pool was supposed to take 4-8 weeks. It took over TWO YEARS. They are garbage.

Lack of communication from them.

Very professional and quality repair. Highly recommend them. Our pool was installed by a different company 4 years ago. Strickland Pools has corrected several problems caused by poor installation by the original company.

Customer service can be better, like giving the homeowner information when they are coming when they are not coming... what is in what is not in. We have to call customer service to find out what is going on. Customer service is nice but they never let you know what is going on.

If you have a pool repair small or large there work was outstanding . Overall experience was great.
