They are awful. Worst pool company. They suck at communicating and donâ t show up half the time. Bryan will cuss you out and speak to you unprofessionally. They will give you false information. They will also show up to your home past midnight shining headlights into your and your neighbors back yards. They changed the liner 3 times because of awful quality. They donâ t know pools as their logo and tag line states. If anything, they know how to anger a customer. The pool was supposed to take 4-8 weeks. It took over TWO YEARS. They are garbage.

Very professional and quality repair. Highly recommend them. Our pool was installed by a different company 4 years ago. Strickland Pools has corrected several problems caused by poor installation by the original company.

Customer service can be better, like giving the homeowner information when they are coming when they are not coming... what is in what is not in. We have to call customer service to find out what is going on. Customer service is nice but they never let you know what is going on.
