Reviews
Write a ReviewThey did a decent job installing wood flooring and tile in my down stairs entry way and the down stair bathroom. I asked before the job did he install bathroom vanity and faucets, he answered yes. I purchased the vanity and Patrick purchased the faucet of course with my money. every thing looked good. I asked Patrick could he install and remove face bowels in the upstairs bathroom, replace the faucets and replace the bath tub handles on the bath tub? Patrick claimed he could do this. he measured the face bowels I purchased what he claimed he would need to complete the job. Patrick couldn't do the job, he broke the pipe under the face bowel sink which was is a double vanity, he couldn't install the face bowels, and the bath tub faucets a complete mess. Patrick told me I told me they needed to go thru the walls and that he didn't know how to do. I didn't realize the pipe under the sink had been broken until he had left and of course he didn't tell me., what make matters worse three weeks later I fine water all over the down stairs bathroom floor, the bottom drawer of the vanity filled with water, because the faucet and the pipe isn't connected. I had to pay for this to be done over. Patrick should stick to doing floors. I should have know when his first project I hired him for was to cut my lawn, he couldn't do that because his lawn mower was broken. That was the first RED FLAG but I ignored it. I am paying a great deal of money to correct these mistakes. Good for installing flooring only.
The first thing is this work was done 5 months ago. Initially, she did want her yard mowed. My lawn mower was never broken, but I mulch at home. I have no bagger. It was explained that her 9 grass would need to be raked up, & probably mowed twice. She chose not to have it done. We did an oak hardwood in the entry, & peel and stick in the bathroom replacing the vanity. She was extremely happy, and even today she said she has passed out my cards. Zero issues since November when I did the work. She did not want to replace her old plumbing, and I took no money advising her to call a licensed plumber.
Has a competent crew and skillfully organized the work around weather and other scheduling. I will very likely use Mr. Stralko again.
Patrick showed up when he said he would. He did a professional job and was very pleasant. I would hire him again or sure.
Hired to do extensive demo and repairs. On time, on budget, kept me fully informed and a really amazing experience. I would highly recommend Stralko.
Very personable, easy to talk to and a great listener for details on what you need done. I highly recommend him.
