Sam performed a perfect tile installation on my kitchen backsplash. Enough said.

The work is perfectly and expertly done! I will hire Sam again for a foyer and another bathroom. You rarely find a genuine craftsman who is proud to do quality work! Hire him....

Sam was great to work with and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to use him again for a tile installation. He did an professional tile job in our master bath.

Great personality but not great work! He had his mind set on what he was going to do and did not care about what was discussed. We had ceramic floor tiles. Some were chipped on the sides and corners....he said he would not use them. He not only used them but every time I see a chip I think of how I wished I had someone else do the job. He came back and re-did some of them hesitantly (because I asked him if he guaranteed his work). I knew he was busy and I dare not ask him to come back! My husband when he has the time will try to fix those problems. He also did a back splash that he had to come back and re-do some of them...and what was disappointing is that the grout lines are not consistant...some being wider than others. Not pleased! I went according to the reviews and his pics upon hiring him. Sorry....can't see where he gets those 5's! He sold himself. Bad chemistry perhaps? Was initially excited about hiring him...will NOT recommend him. I have left him emails for a completed invoice stating that I've paid in full. No response.

Sam was great to work with, fit me into his schedule, and did a great job. I would not hesitate to use him again.
