It took the 3 trips to complete this job! First time they showed up the major part of the was done. They didn?t show up the next day, I had to call to find out if they were coming back. Showed up the next day at 5:00 pm to finish. Hurried the job and I had to have them back to fix it! Ended up a mediocre job! I?m not totally pleased with the workmanship but I just wanted them gone! I spoke with several different people from Storm Guard, the only one that was helpful was Brian! I would not recommend this company to anyone!

So far they have taken 1/3 of the money they quoted me for the work they said needed to be done and have not come back to do the job and they have my money!

The couple that did the work did a fine job and I have no problem at this time with their work. I thought I had hired a firm with employees to do the work. I assume that I got an independent contractor. This is ok but I feel I should have been informed of this arrangement.

Worked with us to get the project done between the rain that has pervasive. We had to postpone from original plan due the rain and they kept us updated on what was going on. they had a large team that finished the roofing in one day and then finished the gutter guards as arranged on another day. The final roof looks great, we are pleased and have had positive comments from nieghbors.
