After interviewing multiple people for this undertaking, Frank Stevens seemed to align best to our vision and brought the oversight and experience to hold the contractors to the architectural plans he created for us. My wife & I opted to pay Frank to oversee detail throughout the different stages in our remodel. This was the smartest decision we made going into a project so broad. I.e The addition of a 1/2 Bath, popcorn ceiling removal throughout, multiple bathroom remodels, complete opening of living area including two engineered beams to carry weight and allow for ceiling to be opened up. Complete reworked laundry as well as the kitchen which we have just received an award from Proline! Frank designed us an award winning KITCHEN We couldnâ t be happier!

Frankâ  s work was outstanding and timely. He helped us stay on track with our home building project. His advice enabled us to avoid time-consuming and potentially expensive missteps. The finished project is exactly what we had in mind.

Frank did a great job. He was punctual and provided the expected results everytime we met. Very professional and actually went slightly beyond what we contracted for in order to provide a complete package design but with some alternatives.

Frank provided great service and experience in helping me to remodel my home. He gave me recommendations and also listened to my needs and desires. He attended several Charleston BAR Association Meetings in order to get the plans for the improvements approved. He was very reliable and dependable and would be here if I needed him. He also came in frequently to check on the progress of the house. If I had an issue with the contractor , I would just reach out to Frank and he would take care of following up with the contractor!In my opinion, he went over and beyond to ensure I got the improvements that I wanted! We totally remodeled our master bath! We opened the ceiling ,added amazing lighting, re designed tub,shower, and vanity. It is my favorite room in the house!

I have already done this review and really do not care to repeat the problems...suffice it to say that I did not get what I wanted, he would not release the drawings to me, even though I gave him the original ones I had to start with, (so he did not start from scratch), it took longer than he said it would, (so the plans were not available in time for any of the builders I was consulting to make a good estimate in time) and in the end I paid him $600 and still had to go elsewhere to get what I wanted.
