1 week before Christmas a tree came down and hit my house, poked a hole in the roof and damages framing on the roof edge. Steve promptly responded to my Angi query, inspected the damage, gave me a very reasonable quote for repairs and completed the work within two weeks, sometimes working in the rain in order to patch the roof to stop the leak in my attic. The work was difficult given the height of the roof and the amount of repair needed, but Steve did an excellent job. Would definitely hire again.

It is hard to find a professional who really understands old homes. Stephen solved so many design problems and did it with attention to every little detail that I have already recommended him to a friend. He went out of his way to purchase materials he could match to the prexisting, in some places unusual, construction. He arrived when he said he would and cleaned up every day. He was cheerful and polite. Everyone who has seen his work has been amazed at how good it looks.

Very uneven tile on floor and walls. Swore a lot in front of my family. Now I have to find someone who can make tiles even again

ENCOUNTERED STRUCTURAL ISSUES WITH CONSTRUCTION AND PREVIOUS WORK PERFORMED ON BATHROOM .CUSTOMER REFUSED TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRA WORK NEEDED. WENT OVER AND ABOVE ESTIMATED WORK PERFORMED.CONDITION OF HOME MADE ALL PERFORMANCE EXTREMELY DIFFICULT

I have hired Stephen for several jobs. He provided an accurate quote, detail oriented, very neat and his work is of high quality. I would hire Stephen for additional work but recently has not returned phone calls or emails.
