We had Eric add an addition to our garage and extend the roof over the front porch. We also had the front porch replaced and had new shingles on the whole house. It was a fairly simple job complicated by lots of rain. We were kept informed of any delays and when contractors would be working. The job came out looking great. The best compliment you can say about an addition is that it looks like it was always that way and it certainly does in this case. I highly recommend Somrok Inc.

Eric previously did a basement remodel for me and I had him come back to remodel three bedroom with new vinyl plank flooring, new recessed lighting, new ceiling fans and new paint. I also added French doors between two of the bedroom as well as in my home office. It all came out looking great. Eric is great to work with, provided me with a clear estimate and always kept me informed of how the project was progressing. I definitely recommend him and would hire him again in the future.

I had a basement remodel project that included new flooring, some new framing/walls, removal of a drop ceiling, new drywall ceiling, new lighting, and new paint. Working with Eric was great. He kept in constant contact and kept me updated all along the way. He made some suggestions that improved the overall project and always kept me informed if there would be any changes to cost. He always kept me informed on the schedule even if there was a small change to a subcontractor coming earlier or later than originally discussed. Eric was very easy to work with. He had total compassion & understanding of the needs of a client with disability issues. He went above & beyond to carefully plan & execute the plans for our basement remodel. The work was completed in a satisfactory time frame. We were always consulted about any new ideas or change, and it was always for our benefit. We were very pleased with the intuitive recommendations he made to our original plans, which often saved us money. That is hard to find!!
