My carpet took over 7 hours to dry using a large fan and a smaller one. I was told by the manager that the suction was not at the right level (I think). The carpet looks nice and when I vacuumed the next day ( to check it out, my vacuum picked up very little dog hair. However, I wonder how much more the rug cleaner would have picked up if the suction really worked.

Great job, very pleased. Not a negative, but just FYI .. does not take paper checks. Wish we'd known in advance .. don't always use credit or debit cards. Over, would recommend !!

My daughter was moving on a holiday weekend. With one day notice, they came in with a crew and washed all the walls throughout the home. Great job, prompt and courteous. I would recommend to others!

Very professional and thorough. They did the entire house (walls and ceilings) in only two hours; they also wiped down the floors, baseboards and cabinets.

We have three dogs, two old ones who have lots of accidents and our white carpet was a mess. When steam Tec left, we had an immaculate white carpet again. Have had this carpet cleaned many times over the years and was always unsatisfied. So nice to have it really cleaned!
