They called me early in the day to ask if they could come at an earlier time, i said no and offered to reschedule for another day, they said no and agreed to come at the appointment time, i rushed home and sat waiting for them for half an hour after our appointment time, after a half hour i called and was told they were enroute, i cancelled the service, they could have called and told me they were running late but did not, i don't have time to wait with no word from someone

Excellent carpet cleaning company. They pretreated, vacuumed, used a rotating scrub brush machine and then the steam extraction wand. Other companies I hired in the past only use the steam extraction wand which I feel is not enough. They were attentive to my concerns with pet odors as well.
