I've got my first fully free weekend in ages because High Tide Cleaning came to our condo on Friday and made our condo spotless. Thank you High Tide! Anne and Kristen came, followed by other team members and scrubbed, dusted and vacuumed until our condo sparkled. I can't wait until their next visit. They did a thorough job - they are hard workers, know how to make any surface clean, and have all kinds of equipment for cleaning. For instance, they shampooed my Sunbrella covered couch with a shampooer (yea !), made our kitchen and bathrooms spotless, dusted every surface, cleaned the glass sliding doors to our balcony and vaccuumed every cranny in our condo and then mopped all of our floors. Again, thank you!!!

Anne Wilson is very professional and offers an excellent cleaning for the money. Her team even cleans the windows facing our beautiful view. You won't be disappointed with this service.

I tried to give a 5-star rating on every item here, but the site wouldn't let me give more than 4.5 stars :/ I had my first cleaning with this service yesterday and am VERY happy with them!! They were friendly and professional and did an EXCELLENT job!!

I need to know that a company will keep appointments or at least notify me if they can't.

I had a family emergency and she is angry I didn't message her to tell her I couldn't make it. Have some consideration for someone other than yourself!! Things come up and I am only human. I truly tried to do everything I could for you over the past year that I've been cleaning your property. Sorry it had to end due to a tragedy in my family.

Hide Tide cleaners were professional and efficient. Their friendly staff and attention to detail are only two of the many reasons I would recommend them for any cleaning. After they deep cleaned our 4000+ square foot house with three kids and three dogs after a major snow storm, IÂ’m sure no job is too big for them. We are very pleased and hope to use them regularly.

They were hired for my home, as well as a rental property move-out. The hour window they asked to be allotted for arrival, turned into 90 minutes each time, and on the move-out (a date/time they selected) once they got there, they did not have supplies and were to have gone to the Walmart 10 minutes away to pick them up. Instead, 90 minutes later - after I texted - I found they went "home" to visit relatives; sent one person bac to clean 3 hours past when they were due to arrive. Daylight was quickly escaping; because this was move-out clean (no furniture to mention), there would be no lights in bedrooms, etc. There response - we have cell phone lights. I asked them to notify me 20 minutes before they were complete so that I could inspect/pay. I received a text - after they left. Both of my properties were left unlocked! They seemed to have done a good job in my home; however, I did not run a steam mop behind them there. In the move-out, it was obvious he hardwood floors had not been cleaned. When I cleaned them - OMG. I have pics if you are interested. The owner, Anne, "talks the talks; but fails in "walking the walk." When she inspected my home the first time to give pricing - she ran her finger across my furniture, HVAC vents, etc. to check for dust - minimum was found. That was NOT the case after they had left my properties. Since the move-out clean, I have texted and asked for an invoice; NO RESPONSE. They were originally scheduled to clean for me again on 9/15/17; not going to happen. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any cleaning and am surprised they are recommended by Home Advisor. This was my first time using Home Advisor; and probably my last based on this experience. Thanks for asking.

Very sorry you feel this way. You had us go in a home with no lights to clean expecting us to use daylight. No prior notice was given about the light problem! I have several generators that i use on new construction jobs that we could have used! You were never even billed and yet you still feel the need to bash me and my company! YOU WERE VERY UNREASONABLE AND EXTREMELY RUDE TO MY CLEANERS! You had issues with a man cleaning also. Listen just take this un accurate review down and we can part ways. This was a worse experience for me than yourself i assure you. What you steamed off the hardwood was Murphy oil soap we used to treat and condition the floor to hide scratches and overall wear! ALSO FOR YOU TO SAY WE MADE YOUR HOME DUSTY I THINK YOU MIGHT JUST BE OFF YOUR ROCKER THAT'S JUST INSULTING.
