Poor workmanship

From the 1st phone call to the demonstration to start to finish Guardian impact windows really impressed me. If my roof wasn't so new I would of had them do that as well.

After a long and challenging project, I want to update my initial review to reflect how things ultimately played out. While I did experience issues early on including delays and a permit that had expired Guardian continued working with me until the job was complete and the permits were properly closed. After further conversations with Guardian and their window supplier, I came to understand that many of the problems were due to the supplier, not Guardian themselves. Despite the lack of support from the manufacturer, Guardian stayed committed to finishing the project and resolving all open issues. They stepped up when it counted, and I appreciate their effort to see things through to the end.

We used Guardian Windows and are very happy with the product and installation crew. Thiago Joe and Daniel were excellent. They were courteous and did a wonderful job of cleaning up when they left at the end of the day. They were punctual and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend them
