Greg came to the house to assess the job and provided an incredibly reasonable quote for the work. On the day scheduled, he was prompt and very thorough in working to remove as much silicone as possible from the second-story windows. He did an excellent job of detailing the windows with his extension equipment. We are thrilled with his work and definitively recommend him for this type of work.

Greg gave me an estimate on various projects I needed completed around the house. He arrived on time and completed all the projects sooner than expected from attaching baseboards, cutting a countertop, adjusting doors to close properly, and trim work. He puts care into his work, is extremely professional and a fantastic human being. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and his price was well within my budget. I cannot thank him enough for all the work and will be hiring him again in the future!

We are glad to have found Greg & Starlight Maintenance for our project and pleased with the results. He repainted 7 rooms and stripped carpet from the stairs and refinished them, sanding, staining, and sealing, all at a reasonable cost. We had ideas but not experience and were not always certain what we wanted. Greg worked with us on deciding what was needed, selecting paints, etc. He was flexible on scheduling when we needed it and communication was excellent. He has broad construction experience and was able to advise us on other maintenance and remodeling issues. We looking forward to working with Greg on repainting the exterior when the weather suits. I should have taken photos before moving things into the rooms - here are a few.
