    David w/ Star Carpet was an absolute pleasant surprise! Although the job was small, he never gave the impression that it was a bother or to small. He's an excellent communicator and a better carpet repair expert. His work ethics was unquestionable driving from clear across town and arriving early than expected. The value was very reasonable for my budget. Typically I never mention that we own several properties before I see how the company and repairman will work out for potential future projects; David and Star Carpet is definitely on my keepers list and I recommend him to anyone that's looking for professionalism, great expertise, and fantastic customer service. Thanks David and we'll speak with soon for the next job!

    David always does a wonderful job. This is the second time I've hired David. The first was for carpet stretching. This one was much trickier - replacing a piece of carpet that just barely fit. The area looks wonderful. You'd never know it wasn't the original installation.

    David was excellent to work with. He contacted me immediately after my request. He came by that day to give me a quote and did the work with in a couple days. My time frame was tight and he worked with me. He even noticed some extra work that needed to be done and did it with out charging extra. He really went above and beyond my expectations. He was great at contacting me and letting me know his schedule. I would love to work with him again. Plus he is a really nice man.
