    We had an issue with a seal that had come loose on our sliding doors that were installed over 10 yrs. ago. I called Customer Service because it looked like I'd have to remove the door track to access the seal. I hated to think of the cost, l, but thought it might be best to place a service a cal. In describing the concern to Angie, she mentioned that the seal probably just needs snapped back in place ??? ( I had thought it would need removed and reglued?) I tried doing it myself while we are on the phone. Bingo ! Easily corrected to concern. Can't thank Angie enough !!!! She could have easily just scheduled a Service call and we would have had to pay for a 2 min. easy fix !!!! THAT is SUPER customer service !!!!

    What a great and easy experience. I called Angie and she helped me over the phone with replacing my shattered glass door. I am a previous customer and she looked up my information and we were able to order the glass. Bernard came and replaced the glass quickly and efficiently!

    This is my second home that i have put in Stanek windows. They are by far superior to Pella, Renewal by Anderson and all other window companies. I did my homework the first time and still did my homework the second time. Stanek is incomparable to others. The installation crew were seasoned, well experienced professionals. Great crew!!!

    Emmett and his crew were a breath of fresh air! Timely, knowledgeable, pro-fessional, and considerate. Installation of our sliding door along with removal of existing windows was efficient and the result is just as we hoped for. Emmet's skill with electrical work is impressive. We are now ready for our Patio Enclosure to be put into place.
