John and his crew have done three jobs for me so far. The kitchen remodel project has been the biggest so far. I have been very satisfied with the craftsmanship of each job. I plan to have these guys renovate my entire house.

John and his crew put down decking in my attic for storage. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent ... even though it was just the attic. The craftsmanship was far superior to the original builder.

john, the owner himself worked on site till done. he was punctual and very reliable and answered questions or return my text, call fairly quickly. the quality of work was outstanding. I had a bathroom renovated as installed walk in shower, floor, built in shelfs, removed walls, paint after done. we liked his work so much that we gave him the entire house projects. John will be coming back to finish up the rest of the house renovation projects in august. why in august? because we didn't want to give him the rest of the house until we knew how he did with the bathroom job first. he had already have 5 more lined up😕 we are the six job scheduled! all as all, we are very happy with John and will definitely be calling on him again for future jovbs.

Very personable and professional.

I was very pleased with the quality of work done on the flooring and crown molding. The corners on the base molding were rounded to fit the curves, not just squared off as most. John and crew was easy to work with. I really like that John broke down all costs with the bid, on materials and labor. I knew how all my money was spent. Not to mention very reasonable, as I received 3 different quotes. John even did extra things that he didn't t include in price, like hanging curtain, paintings, and light fixtures. I would definitely recommend John @ St Mark.

They remodeled our master bathroom and installed a couple of walls and a door, John stayed on top of the job and made sure things were done properly, I would use him again and recommend him to others.

St Marks installed a walk-in glass shower in my Daughters' bathroom. John was personally involved in all aspects of the work.

I can write a book about all the great things we could say about John at St Mark; I will just say we definitely chose the right guy. John did everything right. He made us feel comfortable with our first ever remodel, and helped guide us-checking on us daily to ensure we were satisfied with his progress. He finished ahead of schedule and it was everything we had hoped for (total kitchen remodel (combining kitchen with formal dining), floored entire downstairs, did floor and crown molding, & built and finished a patio). It was a great remodel experience; we are extremely pleased with EVERYTHING, and happily refer him to friends and family.
