Charlie is friendly, easy to talk to, professional, meticulous, and methodical. He rescued our deck from the mess it was originally. He made the best of a VERY poorly executed initial build (we FIRED original guy and crews)! Would love to see what he could do as a new build.

Charlie is very professional and actually shows up when he says he will be there. We had some outdoor wood rot and he did a great job of matching the boards. His prices are reasonable and he did a good job.

Charlie worked on Jul. 4, 2022, from 10 am - 6 pm, with some help from his wife, who drove separately in the afternoon. Ms.Otal helped with re-finishing lower flight hand(rail) wall, and painted wood-composite baseboards outside to keep paint smell outside. Charlie changed baseboards near master shower and left of master vanity. Old baseboards outside appeared to have dry rot from water damage since townhome was built in 1974, but internally remodeled in 2020, before I bought. Charlie and Cecilia, wife, also replaced the front door insert, partially, as needed, using his own drill, cleaning up w / his own vacuum cleaner and brush. Charlie and Cecilia were very detail-oriented, which could explain why they worked for eight hours on a holiday!

We needed help fixing / replacing the casings on all the doors inside our house due to damage. Charlie did an amazing job making everything look new again. We went above the initial scope of the project and pointed out issues even I missed. He completed the project ahead of schedule and we couldnâ t be happier with the outcome! I would recommend him to anyway needing help with repairs or remodeling! Money well spent!

Charlie did excellent work on installing baseboards and quarter round. He was a bit pricey but well worth it. I will have him back for some more work as soon as he is available.

Charlie was a subcontractor for a larger company - His scope of work was detailed framing and trim work including door installation and hardware- S, R, and M showed up to work and stayed engaged with the job continuously well beyond after hours - there is great pride and experience in the job- I would certainly hire him and his company again!

Trustworthy. Left my home open to Charlie so I could leave and go about my day. He is meticulous, keeps excellent records/bills, and stayed in contact regarding work schedules and questions!! BTW, the deck is beautiful!! Plus we added interior work as we went along.
