We hired them to remodel our pool and backyard. We had problems throughout the process. They made the outdoor bar the wrong size and just added on concrete to the bar top to extend it without reinforcement, they did not level the ground properly before installing the travertine patio which caused it to be very uneven and caused titles to crack. We had them out for warranty work and received a lot of push back. They finally did the repairs, but still left some tiles uneven and cracked. They also did not do a nice job of installing pool edge travertine so it looks sloppy and crooked. They did not even want to finish out the outside edges of the hot tub with tiles, leaving concrete exposed. We had to argue to get it finished and looking halfway decent. They did not install rebar over the pool spillway which caused it to crack all the way through. They did repair as part of the warranty work, but not without argument first. We also discovered, when we hired a different pool electrical company, that they had previously installed a 60W indoor light bulb in our in-pool light fixture which is very dangerous and could have caused electrocution. We felt like we had to fight to get things done right in the first place and to get things fixed. It was a very frustrating process. They had different crews show up all the time and the scheduling was very unreliable and unpredictable. The quality of work was varied depending on who showed up that day. It took much longer to complete the project as a result. We would never work with them again or recommend them.
Very bad!
The yard turned out nice. The gravel ended up being the wrong color. But they didn't charge us for the extra amount needed. We decided to keep the gravel. The HOA approval didn't come through before the landscaping was put in. We had a few plants/trees that they should have known were not to the guidelines, but we worked it out with HOA and ATL. Overall the experience was not exactly what we thought it would be. I believe we were promised things by the sales guy and then we were passed on to the project manager with him not knowing what he said we'd have in the end. I would recommend if you are able to be there for all steps of the install
They were very efficient and dependable. They arrived when they said they would. Everything was cleaned up when they left for the day. I certainly would recommend them to anyone.
The landscaping was done quickly and efficiently and exactly how we wanted it. I liked the expertise they had about plants and what would work best for the Arizona climate. I would use them again!
They were efficient and professional to work with.
They were prompt and took care of the job promptly.
I just recently purchased a new home and the sprinkler system was in bad shape. It took a few visits, but everything is now in good working condition. David was very prompt and extremely friendly. They worked well around my schedule.
Said that he does good work staying on the budget!
