I had my entire home’s patio & walkways (front walkway, side patio & backyard patio) restored last week with Specialty Design Coatings. My initial contact with Kaveh (the owner) to the completion of the job by 2 of his workers (Hector & Oliver) were all excellent! I spoke with Kaveh on the phone for about 30 mins about his entire process, and he was very informative and clear about the process from the start to the end. I had a couple of other quotes from some other contractors, and Kaveh’s pricing was the best. I also had a 3 large wooden trellis poles about 10 ft high bolted to the backyard patio that I needed removed (it was originally there from 35 yrs ago) which would be too dangerous for me to cut down and remove myself. His guys removed it no issue and they took all the wood to the dumpster. Hector & Oliver were hardworking throughout and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend Kaveh and his team if you need any concrete work done or restored at your place!

Leveled all my pavers that had sunk. Removed and put down new sand. Then put sand between all pavers on deck, washed and sealed. Excellent job. Customer service was exceptional.

The owner contacted me immediately upon making a request for an estimate, gave me a reasonable quote and a quick date, within days, to begin the work. The job took only 2 days and looks exactly like I was wanting. I would highly recommend them for any of your concrete needs!

I recently hired this company to resurface our concrete, remove the old cracks, add new concrete where needed, and finish everything with paint and sealant. They did an amazing job! The work was done carefully and professionally, and the results completely transformed our small backyard. We chose a grey color, which added a clean, modern, and classy look to the space.
