They came out and were on time. Taylor talked us through everything he would be doing so we would be informed then he went to work. He got everything up and running and we had an issue with one of the cameras. He went through and did all of the troubleshooting necessary and it turned out the camera was faulty. He quickly got another camera up and running for us. I would recommend this company to everyone. They are also very quick to answer calls if you have questions after the fact. I would give 10 stars if that was an option.
