Did a great job where there on time as promised did a great job on our pool. Compared to some other companies that I've have dealt with in the past . These guys were professional on time and did a great job

Took 4 months From start to liner Always had to call him to come do a little bit of work Then charge extra to remove dirt that should have been done on the 1st day Shady electrician Refuse to show license certificationsAnd insuranceYear later came back to fix cement Always having a Anexcuse why he couldn't do something and it took so long

I suffer from Eczema. I have always wanted a pool, but chlorine worsened my condition. I decided to purchase a pool for my family anyway. Bill informed me of the benefits of a saltwater filtration system. I'm finally able to swim.

Two years ago we bought a hot spa from Spartan pools, a few weeks ago the motor stopped working, I called Billy and explained the situation to him, he came out the next day and told me not to worry about anything we were still under warranty and he will take care everything, well in a week I had a new motor installed and the spa is working perfectly, while working on installing the motor he noticed that the cover wasn’t closing properly, he told me that I needed a replacement and that he would take care of it He came back a couple of days later with a new cover that was an upgrade to the one that came with the pool, I asked him how much it cost and to my surprise he said it was on him, we couldn’t believe it that was very generous of him and we appreciated, I highly recommend Spartan pools not because of the free cover but because they always answer the phone, believe me I called a lot because I knew nothing about the spa and how to clean and maintain it, Billy is a gentleman that really cares about his clients Again I highly recommend them!!

These guys are amazing. They take care of everything and also explain everything while they work. Polite, experienced, and informative. I wouldn't go to any other company to open and close my pool.

Bill, the owner, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job replacing the liner for our above ground pool. He also did some extra things he noticed at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Spartan to anyone who needs work done on pool. It was very refreshing to find someone who still takes pride in their work these days.
