Steve Peteani is a gentlemen, customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, etc. person. He is dedicated to pleasing any and all customers. As shown by his work efforts and attention to the customer needs. Steve showed up the day before Memorial day and gave me an estimate for my Roof Cleaning. I went with his proposal on the spot. Everything he said to me was so honest. The day of the job (June 3, 2015) he showed up on time and took care of the job right away and explained all of what he was doing, was to be done as well as the results I would see on the roof. I was very satisfied the day of the job and as well as in the next few days after we had some rain. My entire roof was completely cleaned of the black streaks with his cleaning solution. He also cleaned some rust off my roof for me. I have a 2 year warranty whereby if I see any streaks by then. Steve will come back to clean it off. Excellent warranty! I am so glad to have met Steve and extremely satisfied with the job done by Steve / SparClean in Chester, NY. I would and will recommend his service to neighbors and friends alike. I was promptly coonected to business owner Steve who gave us a free estimate in a timely fashion. The job was completed at the convenience of our schedule. Both workers were polite and efficient. My neighbor is going to use this company after seeing how clean my home looks.
