Overall, nice work. Quick response , however the time frame for finish the job is little longer then expected (holiday and weather) I guess is also involve. A little miss communicate between group of crew because I have 2 different projects at one. But like I mention earlier, good work overall .

It was not how we agreed on the carport to drain. Unhappy. They changed it. It was suppose to drain toward the street not in the side yard. Very unhappy but work was good.

We had multiple projects done by Southern Home Improvement, roof, siding, gutters, concrete slab and an insulated screen room. Each and every crew was very professional, polite and hard working. Each crew cleaned up behind themselves so the only thing you noticed was the improvement when the jobs were finished. The communication between us, the salesman, the technicians, and the office was exceptional. We will defiantly use Southern Improvement again if we need any other work done. I'd give them 5+ stars.
