I know this type of service is costly but I suggest single women beware. Try to have a male friend or male relative to help ask questions. The handyman is good but is limited to perform certain services.

only negative was time of agreed upon time of arrival---but traffic and previously scheduled projects were culprits; HARDEST worker EVER;will definitely hire again.

project was to install a interior door on kitchen pantry --it is an older house and nothing is even when it comes to door ways--he made sure the door was measured and fit the opening, even though it took him several tries, where it would fit one place but not another--would hire him again

This man takes pride in his work and the results reflected this. I had a very long list of projects to be completed based on a recent home inspection. He did quality work, Painting, Caulking, Replacing Faucets, Cleaning Gutters, Removing and repairing rotted wood around doors, windows and fascia. I was most impressed because as he did the work, when he found additional items he did not just ignore them he fixed them as he went. I can not address his charges as the other contractor did not respond to my request for an estimate. I truly felt I received good value for my money.
