It took too long for him to come, he did not bring the right materials, he would not do what I hired him for, it cost more because he built it too big so I had to spend more and he left my hard in ruins with huge tractor ruts. He originally told me if he messed up the yard he would fix it and he did not. I went to bed crying and could not sleep. All I wanted was a 12 x 12 gravel pad for a greenhouse.ð

Sorry to hear this review. But there is always two sides to each story. We could not come out as soon as this customer wished because of the rain and weather as we discussed and agreed it would be best to wait. We also discussed that the pad would need to be bigger than the greenhouse which is 12x12 so customer agreed with a 16x16 pad. I filled in the ruts before leaving and smoothed everything to the customers liking. And we did exactly what we were hired for, the extra cost came from extra material at the request of this customer once we were on site.

Jeff does great work! Honest and hard working. He did a great job clearing our over grown 5 acres. Now we have a "park" and look foward to enjoying our land. We will defintley have him back for any future land development we needs.

Jeff did an amazing job on a over grown field I had, it had trees and bushes to big for a bush hog to handle and in a day and a half he had it looking like great

On my hunting property, Southpaw Land Service transformed a jungle of undergrowth combined with gum trees and 50 year old pine trees into beautiful one acre food plot in half of a day. The job was completed in the middle of March. I was already able to plant Whitetail Institute's Power Plant in late April. The deer are keeping it mowed down! I can't wait to hunt over this new plot that was nothing more than a thick mess just over three months ago. But, thanks to Southpaw, it's now a gorgeous plot with sunflowers and vining soybeans. I definitely recommend their services if you want to better the wildlife habitat on your property.
