    We had storm (hail) damage and long story short the insurance co tried to tell us we didn't have any damage and we didn't need a new roof. Curt came out and proved that we did have damage from the storm, and got our claim approved! His crew came out and replaced our roof in one afternoon! The guys were polite and hard working, they let our teenage son "help" and showed him what hard work really is. They were so nice to him and showed him so much we were very impressed. WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND SOUTH METRO HOMES!!!!!

    Curt was excellent to work with. On time, informative, very knowledgeable, found our problem that no one else did around our chimney. Fixed it at the time he was here. Courteous, professional and nice to work with. Would highly recommend his company.

    The guy came out and told us we didn’t need as big of a repair as we thought we were going to need. He fixed the small spot of torn shingles that he saw on his first visit to the house and it cost us $25. That’s a lot less than what the previous company wanted. They wanted to redo our whole roof for $17,000. I would recommend them and I will go back to south metro homes for any future repairs.

    The crew was hard working and friendly, courteous and fast. Can't believe they got the whole job done from start to finish, in one day! Extremely impressed. They did a awesome job of cleaning up after too! I would definitely hire them again!

    We had storm damage this spring and Curt was able to work with our insurance company to get our roof replaced. The whole process was quick and easy because he dealt directly with the insurance company and took care of everything! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a roofing contractor.

    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
