We are very pleased with the professional and skilled work performed by Yuri Tutka owner of South Jersey Home Improvements. We hired him to build a deck off our sunroom in the back yard. We gave him our ideas and he came up with a working plan we both agreed with. He took care of all the permit requirements for the township and started on the date promised. He showed up every day and worked through the hottest days of the summer. The deck looks great and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent workmanship.

A tree fell on our deck during the Covid-19 outbreak so needless to say it was difficult to find anyone to return your call let alone come out and give an estimate. We sent a request to South Jersey Home Improvements to get an estimate and within the same day Yuri responded and made an appt for that week to come out to the house. His prompt response was something we weren't used to since other contractors never called us back or never showed. Within a few days we had the estimate in our hands and the creation of our new deck started shortly there after. Yuri and Brian were at the house promptly every morning working through the whole day. Between the demolition of the old deck and building the new deck it took them a little over two weeks to complete the job. I wish I could include a picture of our beautiful new deck. My Son in-law who is a union carpenter and is a perfectionist was very impressed with the quality and how well the deck is built. We highly recommend South Jersey Home Improvements and if we need other home improvements we will certainly call Yuri. Thank you for saving out summer we didn't think we were going to be able to open our pool this summer. Pool is open and deck is quite the attraction. THANK YOU Yuri for doing a fabulous job!!! Yuri and Brian were professional, competent, knowledgable, hard working, neat, pleasant & friendly. They did a beautiful job painting 4 rooms. They will return to install new front door once it is delivered. I would definitely use them again for any other project. It was the most enjoyable experience we ever had with workmen in our home. I recommend them highly.
