Professional, competent, and outstanding — that’s how I would describe South Bay Stucco! When I first spoke with Ever, I told him I had a 100-year-old house that hadn’t been worked on in at least half a century and needed some love. He replied, ‘That’s what we do — we make old houses new again.’ Boy, was he right! Ever and his team repaired every crack, completed a full re-stucco, and completely restored my home to its original glory. It was a joy watching those men work — competent, dedicated, and very hard-working. Ever communicated with me regularly and went out of his way to meet all my expectations. Tony, one of his teammates, took the time to answer all my questions and was a pleasure to speak with. I’ve received countless compliments from neighbors and passersby. South Bay Stucco did an excellent job, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking quality stucco work!

Ever and his crew of Alex and Tony provided great service when a need arose for stucco repair and waterproofing. They made time to answer any questions that I had during the repair work and left the area spotless when they were done. They are a great company if you want quality stucco work.

Professional and outstanding work. We put in a new Electrical Panel for our house. Hired SB Stucco to patch up stucco around the new panel. They expertly matched the stucco grain and color. I highly recommend SB Stucco.

Ever and his team did an amazing job on our large 3 story condo building in West Hollywood. His company was recommended after a previous contractor left the job in shambles. We had to find someone quickly to essentially start over and could not have been more lucky to find South Bay Stucco. The building is from the early 1980s and had a very outdated look. The stucco was cracking and the building was leaking. Ever and his team transformed the building into a modern marvel. It is now the best looking building on the street, and people regularly pass by and comment about how amazing it looks. They project consisted of removing wood siding and installing lathe and chicken wire on 40 or so balconies. Then the entire building, including all 40 balconies, and the walls and planters were all updated to beautiful Santa Barbara smooth stucco. This was a very difficult job as they needed to straighten out balconies and deal with a building that wasn't originally well crafted. Ever and his team were showed up every day as scheduled and they kept us well informed. You couldn't find a more pleasant company to work with. The team actually looked like the enjoyed doing their job. This project was a ton of work, and we are forever grateful we found South Bay Stucco. They were able to schedule me on a late Friday afternoon for a Monday morning job to perform a stucco repair around an electrical panel upgrade. When Ever and Tony arrived, they were super friendly and professional. The job was done much to my satisfaction. And they cleaned up afterward. I'm having them come out to another property of mine and will recommend them to anyone.

They were on time, worked on it and did a little extra. Price was good for the job they introduced themselves and went to work and completed it in good time. I would absolutely recommend them for any project and would not hesitate to have them do other work for me.
