He did not show for appointment, took my money, does not answer calls.

First, let me say that the two men who did the actual work of repairing our tile roof were diligent and pleasant. We have absolutely no complaints about their work ethic. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the management team. Once we had paid the required 60% of the cost of the roof repair, we had to call the office multiple times to find out when the necessary materials would be dropped off at our house. On the many occasions when we had to leave a voicemail message, no one ever called back. When we finally spoke to someone directly, we were told the "workers were on their way" to our house, but no one showed up. Several days after that, the materials were finally delivered. We were promised a phone call that night to give us the start date of the project. No one called. Two more days passed before the workers arrived. Once the work on the roof was completed, we were told that someone from the company would be by in a day or so to clean up the huge pile of construction debris in our yard. No one showed up, so we again had to call the office multiple times to ask when the debris would be removed. On a Thursday, we were told that a crew would definitely arrive the next day, a Friday, but no one showed up. The following Monday we left another voicemail, but no one called us back. On Tuesday we spoke to someone who promised to call back, but did not call. Later in the day we called again and were told that a truck would arrive within the hour. To our amazement, a crew did arrive and haul off the debris. But they left behind their ladder because it wouldn't fit in their truck. That ladder sat in our front yard for a week, despite repeated promises that it would be picked up soon. We contacted HomeAdvisor for help and they evidently applied some pressure, because after a day or so and some more phone calls, the ladder was at last picked up. The company has had good reviews in the past, but something has definitely gone wrong to cause the haphazard methods employed on our project. We would certainly not feel justified in recommending them if this is how they treat their customers.

They were always late, sometimes days late. They did some roof tile repair and afterwards my roof leaked. They put this amazing sealer on my balcony and it still leaked. They said we did not need to be home for repairs. Both times the roof repair guys asked where the work was supposed to be done.

Never return to pick up trash left behind. Had to finish clean-up myself

They showed up on time, gave me a fair price, the work was done as promised, on time and they cleaned up everything..including a mess on my roof that was there from all the pine needles dropping from the trees. They went above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. Honest, professional, reliable.

If you are researching to find a Roofing company with a great review, you will want to read this one. I discovered a roof leak during one of our recent rains. I went into my attic and saw that it appeared to be from somewhere around my rooftop mounted AC unit, but I couldnâ t locate the exact spot. So I put a large plastic bin under the unit on the attic rafters and called a few local roofing companies before I got to Source 1 Roofing to schedule a â next dayâ appointment. True to their word, the next day 2 representatives showed up, verified that I had called and went onto the roof to investigate while I watched from the ground. They told me that due to the age of the house and our climate; it appeared that there might be more than one leak around my AC unit but they would repair all at once. They told me that they needed to go and get the correct supplies and would be back within the next day or so. I agreed. 2 days later I got a call from the girl at Source 1 Roofing asking if I was happy with the repair and to get some other information. I told her that they had not returned to do the repair yet and that I would know because I work from home and have been here. She told me that her roofers had come back and that they reported the repair was complete. I had her hang on while I went outside. She was correct. I could see that there was NEW metal flashing around the AC unit and all was sealed with NEW black compound. I donâ t know how I didnâ t see or hear them on the roof. I later used a ladder and went up to get a closer look and they did a GREAT job all around the unit and the best part is NO MORE LEAKS! Iâ m very satisfied with this experience. I donâ t write these reviews often, but in this case I recommend Source 1 Roofing with 5 stars!
