"I requested a quote from this company on Monday night at 9:30pm (I checked off "emergency" because I needed it dealt with asap), and one of their guys (Jeremy) called me within minutes of me requesting a quote, and was at my house by 9:30am the next morning. Talk about awesome customer service!! He spent two hours fixing the problem and only charged me a total of $85. (I had been quoted about $100 over the phone, and possibly more if it took longer). I was expecting it to be a lot more than that since it took extra time to fix, but he ended up charging me LESS than what he originally quoted. He was very professional and knowledgeable and experienced. He also fixed my leaking toilet at no extra charge and gave me some good tips of how I can avoid having the same problems in the future. He was very friendly and very patient about me hovering over him and asking him tons of questions while he worked (I always like to learn as much as I can so I can hopefully fix something myself in the future). Just an awesome employee and great company. I am a very very happy customer!! I'm glad this website exists because I chose this company strictly based on the fact that they had the best reviews overall."

"I had several companies come in and give me estimates. It surprised me the range of the estimates, from $550.00 to $1550.00. Believe it or not the lowest and highest were the only 2 I considered as the techs that came out were very experienced, pointed out the same things, and asked the same questions. I choose the the $550.00 because that was the only difference between the 2 companies quotes. Ryan came out and was amazing. He installed the small bath sink in about 45 minutes and then started on the kitchen sink replacement. After trying for a while to get the stainless steel sink I wanted installed him informed it was not possible without a lot of cutting on the granite. I told him no, I would return and get a different sink. He went with me to home depot and then lowes as home depot didn't have any in stock that would work. After helping me to get the right sink and carrying them around, the one we bought weighed 130 pounds, he came back to the house and installed it. When it came to paying him I asked what I owed as he had done all this extra stuff and you know he charged his quoted price. Then came back a few days later with a hose he did not have on his truck. Not only was he very professional but he had a great personality and did absolutely great work, above and beyond what I expected. I would hire this company again any time I need plumbing work done."

"Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

"We called "Don the Plumber" (Don Kittell 702-604-9481) yesterday and he was out at 8 am this morning. He gave me a quote and I paid the exact quote. He was friendly, fast and determined to do a great job. We called him about a leaky toilet and replacing a garbage disposal. However, after replacing all of the inner workings of the toilet along with the rusted bolts, the toilet still leaked. He found that the tank had cracked. We had to buy a new one. Even though we would now have to have a toilet installed, other than the price of the toilet, he didn't charge us anything extra to install. And both the toilet and the disposal would have been done quickly but he ran into a problem with a defective toilet, so even though I offered to let him come back the next day, he drove to his distributor and back in 30 minutes with a toilet that was then installed in what seemed like less than 30 minutes and works beautifully. I am so appreciative that he did what he said he would do, for the price that he said he would do it (and it was very reasonable) and he backed up his work by making sure that he did it right. I couldn't recommend this guy and his company any more highly (next week he is coming out to replace some sinks and faucets!) CALL HIM!"
