I am satisfied with their work. Make sure you understand that they charge $125 just to come even if they don't do a repair. Their appointment lady that called me never told me this.

Needed panel upgrade since hom built in 70s. The company responded immediately and gave me the best written estimate. I ended up using them for other work as well. On day of panel upgrade (which took about 2wks because that was when energy company could come out to cut all power and remove their meter). Installers did all needed to be done before city inspector came to sign off his okay. It took about six hours to complete whole process ( I guess time varies depending on energy company to turn off and come back to turn on all electricity only after permit city inspectior had signed off on work). Owner and staff were very nice and easy to communicate with. Even when really busy, they make it a point to get back to you as promptly as possible. This is a small family business with a small staff so once I understood this, it made me more comfortable to deal with and help me understand their flexiblity and how I also had to be flexible on appointments. I intend to keep using them for for all my future electrical needs.

The owner himself installed the 2 ceiling fans that needed wiring run in the attic and 3 Alexa compatible light switches. He reviewed the job, outlined options, made recommendations and quoted a price consistedwith the cost tool. Once approved he indicated he had a handheld vacuum but did we wish to cover the furniture near the fan locations before he started. The work was excellent, clean and he was very personable. If we like the Alexa light switches, we will certainly call him back to replace the rest of the switches in the house.
