Complete new system installed on July 12th. Air blows back up into the unit instead of through the ducts and vents although all vents blew air with the old system just two days before. They sent a tech out to fix it on the 22nd, again on the 26th, again on the 29th. At that point they told me I would have to replace my ducts. after numerous other lies I didnt fall for it. On August 31st the ducts were inspected and pressure tested - - no problems at all. The unit needs to be pulled out and replaced. Just the amount of noise it makes made it obvious that the problem is with the unit and not the air ducts. I requested a partial refund to have a licensed professional come and fix it. There is no point in SoCal continuing to send techs again and again when they couldnt fix it after several attempts. I caught the last tech searching my office when I thought he was using the bathroom. Even if they did promise to fix it on the 4th try I wouldnt trust them here a 5th time. Thus far the refund request has been refused. I have tried to negotiate for almost 2 months now and refrained from reviews or further actions to give them every possible chance to make this right. I need the funds to pay the company that can replace the unit and get some much needed air into my house.

Aaron is the best! He is honest and explains issues in detail. I've now used this company twice (due to having two 3 ton units on my commercial property) and both visits went well and both units are running great. This company is my "go to" for all future AC work and maintenance.

They required me to join their "gold" program for $600, which they said then meant I didn't pay for service and got 5% off parts. They said the membership program means I get seasonal service to clean filters, etc., and that they then consider themselves my HVAC company, as if they had installed the unit. The reasoning, they said, is that they don't want to accidentally void my warranty (I explained several times that the person we bought the house from last year provided incorrect information about who installed it, so I have no warranty to void). I asked multiple times whether that meant that if I needed a repair, I did not pay labor costs. They said yes, but then they flushed my condensation line (no parts needed, only labor), and charged me $300. When I brought up my asking about labor, they said they meant it wasn't an hourly labor fee, that they just charged a flat fee for the repairs. I feel I was intentionally misled. They also left my sink leaking on the last repair, destroying everything we had in the under-sink cabinet. When they came to fix that, the technician told me on his way out that he wouldn't guarantee his fix because he thinks there is a problem with the way the AC is set up that will cause leaks and water damage in my attic, but that he wouldn't fix that and he thinks I should hire a different company to work on it. So, after $900 and FOUR times coming to the house, they told me to hire someone else. So much for my gold membership, I guess.

SoCal Climate Control is a trustworthy and excellent pro for Air Conditioning. Ryan walked me through the AC system at my home patiently and in a detailed manner. He also provided all solutions for me to choose. The service team came in the following week to perform a full clean of the system. They were very hard-working and could meet all my requests for the job.

We purchased the AC System less than six 6 months ago and it makes a very loud noise then it cuts off. They sent three 3 different technicians to get the system working. It works until it does not. The sound is so loud that our neighbors complain. You never know when it is going to happen or how to make it work right. We paid cash for this AC System and we wish that had more honest reviews on this company and their business practices. I wish there was a way for me to post the video of the system when it is working? Shameful

This is the second time I used this company to replace a worn out central A/C unit and evaporator coil (we have two zones). On both occasions, they showed up on time and within a day or two of requesting service. The men who came out were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I am completely satisfied.
