The worker forgot to light the pilot light on my water heater - I was out of hot water for a day, but when notified they sent someone right away to fit the problem. I issued a check to cover the balance of the work done which they deposited but also charged my credit card, causing a major problem with my checking balance - that will take 7 to 10 days to correct they said. I also complained about the loud banging noises my ducts made when the heater came on or off. That problem has not been addressed yet.

The staff are friendly. The service tech arrived on time within a promised two-hours window. He was friendly and helpful. He explained to me in details what was wrong with my furnace and propose options for repair. Our furnace was more than 20 years old so we did not want to repair it. We decided to replace it. SoCal Climate Control was able to have a new furnace installed the next day. We are satisfied with their service. We would recommend them for HVAC services.
