Reviews
Write a ReviewThe response time was so quick. He came the very next day to assemble my couch and side table, it was very swift. Great Job.
I would not recommend this company. This is a follow up, as I was able to inspect the fence for myself yesterday late afternoon. I have a gate on each side of my house that is made of white vinyl that Doug Smith had used to access the back yard to install the chain link fence. When Mr. Smith and his workers left, they left my gates wide open. They also left trash behind from the fencing materials and also pieces of wire from the fencing laying in the yard. If I would have run over it with my lawnmower it would have caused damage to it. Also, Doug Smith installed the first set of posts of which some were set too tall. Therefore when he put a tie on the top of the fence to the top rail, he damaged some of my fencing trying to stretch it to reach the top rail which then made the fence short on the bottom at the ground. On some of the other too tall posts, he cut up to 2 inches off the top of the post so that the fence would now be level with the correct depth posts that were set and therefore the fence went to the ground and was now able to tie the fence to the top rail without damaging it. Three of the cut pieces were left in my neighbors yard and again if he would of drove over them with his mower could have caused damage to his mower. There were some posts that were not backfilled after the concrete set. Lastly, Out of approx 87 posts that were set, 24 of them had either 1, 2, or NO Hog clips added when Mr. Smith called me and assured me that there would be 3 on each post. He also had to go and buy the tools to install my fence. I would NOT recommend him for fencing. Do not know about any of his other specialties but fencing is certainly not one of them. I would not ever hire him for anything. He overpromises and under-delivers. Poor communication also.
