Lonny contacted me within minutes of searching home advisor. He was professional and tried to help me trouble shoot over the phone first. After I determined I needed him to come to the house to look at the ductless ac system, he arrived quickly. He was upfront about cost and provided an accurate estimate. We are still in the middle of the repair due to the nature of the problem, but I feel confident in his ability to do the work honestly.
