I had extensive mold in a vacation rental condo after a storm and the unit received a lot of moisture along with a number of other units in the building. I contacted three mold remediation companies and selected Smart Healthy Homes of Gulf Coast, LLC for the mold removal. The owner came out and rather than spending a lot of time trying to sell me on his services, he made an extensive survey of the approximately 1000 Sq ft 2-bedroom 2 bath unit. He took a number of pictures and then sent me a detailed report explaining the process and actions his company takes. His 20 plus years in this business made it an easy decision to make. I was in the unit during part of remediation and saw that the personnel performing the work were very professional and courteous.

Mr. Clay and his crew are very knowledgeable and efficient. Remediating the extensive mold and repairing the ceiling and wall damage from a hailstorm-damaged roof was a daunting task, but it was nonetheless completed to our satisfaction. Given the quality of the work, we elected to add an additional job for our detached guest quarters, which was likewise performed quite well. I endorse Smart Healthy Homes without reservation.
