A month ago I had a smelly, mold - ridden, sickly, and frankly embarrassingly disgusting turn of the century home. I now have a clean, fresh smelling, non - moldy and inviting house! This is due to the unbelievable and fantastic work on my garage, basement, HVAC, attic and bathroom thanks to Jon, Levi and the rest of the crew at Smart Healthy Homes. From the first meeting with Jon until the end of the project, I was always impressed with his sincerity, character and overall knowledge of the process of removing the mold from my home. He was able to make me feel at ease with every step of the project and answer all questions I had along the way. The fact that he was in constant communication with me was not only a comfort, but it also allowed me to know what step in the process his team was encountering at that moment. Not only would I highly recommend Smart Healthy Homes to everyone, but I am also keeping their number in my favorites list for future projects because they are able to provide remodeling services which is invaluable for old home owners! Today I feel better, sleep better, and don't smell strange things. Most of all, I have a place I feel comfortable in and I am so grateful for the time and effort that was put into making it all possible by Smart Healthy Homes.

They were great! I don't think I've met a friendlier company than this one. They helped us through every step of the process, and thoroughly explained everything they did, before and after they did it! This was hands down THE BEST experience we have ever had with a company. If you need any restoration work for your home, look no further. We had a horrendous black mold infestation in our basement that was taking over the drywall on our walls, ceilings, and even destroying our cabinet under our kitchen sink. After reading the amazing reviews for Smart Healthy Homes, we called them to schedule an estimate. I was impressed that someone was able to meet me the next business day to perform the inspection. John Clay met me at my house and was able to inspect the areas of concern. Right away I could tell the John was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. He took the time to explain in detail his plans for removing the current mold, as well as how he planned on preventing the spread of the mold in the future. John prepared a very detailed estimate for us the next day. This estimate broke down his plans step by step, the cost associated for the repairs, and was very easy to understand. He was able to get me on his schedule in a timely manner and was able to complete the removal in the original time that he quoted. During my final inspection with John, not only did he review with me the repairs that they performed, he went over some things that he noticed to help us avoid any future repairs. He gave me advice as if it was his own home. He truly went above and beyond. Bottom line is that John Clay and his team at Smart Healthy Homes are very professional, reasonably priced, care about their customerâ s satisfaction and well-being, and are as honest as they come. I was very pleased with this company! From the time Thomas came in to give me the estimate and the two men who came in to do the work. I had mold in my attic. Not only did they remove the mold, they also pin pointed where it was coming from and fixed the problem. Very professional, friendly and polite. They did excellent work and cleaned up all their mess before they left. I don't think you will be disappointed if you contract with this company. I would definitely use them again.

I would recommend Smart Healthy Homes to anyone. Jon and Thomas Clay are great guys to work with. They are knowledgeable and upfront on expectations. They did a nice job on the work they did in our home. They are easy to work with and very thorough on cleaning up after themselves.

I hired Thomas Clay and his crew to remove mold all throughout our basement. Their quote was incredibly detailed, and they spent time explaining everything thoroughly to me and my father. They even brought more crew to do the job in less time than was quoted so that we didn t have to be without air when it was quite hot out. They cleaned all the mold from our basement and gave us tips for preventing further mold growth. You can tell Thomas and his son care a lot about what they do. They re very honest and genuine people, and I d definitely hire them again.

Customer service is top priority with this company. The crew is very thorough and eliminated the mold in the basement. There was also mold in the house. They cleaned out the air ducts, the furnace, and all surfaces in the house to eliminate the mold problem. They went out of their way to schedule a time that would work best for me. Then we did a followup walk through to address any lingering concerns or questions. I am very happy with the work they did and the cost. Other companies wanted the same or more but didn't want to do anything about the air ducts and furnace. I highly recommend Smart Healthy Homes.

The Staff that came to my mother's home were very professional and respectful. They scheduled a time that worked with the schedule of the household. My mother is 92 and the concern they showed for her health impressed the family. They explained what they had found, what they were doing to correct the situation and what we needed to do to keep the mold from returning. The following week after treatment the business owner followed up to see if we had any questions concerning the work that was performed. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and respectful Staff.
