Very expensive.

I would like to respond to this 3 star review. We truly appreciate any and all feedback. We constantly strive to become better and all feedback helps. In regard to the price of the job and Value for Money: We are priced very competitively in the market. We are not the highest cost nor are we the lowest cost. We are in the middle. Unfortunately over the past 2 years the cost of materials and labor has dramatically increased and that has forced us to raise our prices slightly. In regard to Customer Service: We received the lead notification on Nov 20 and followed up with a phone call and email within 24 hours. We continued to follow up over the next 7 days and finally connected on Nov 28 and the initial appt was scheduled for Nov 30. The contract was signed at that appt on Nov 30. That same day the material order was placed with Velux. On Dec 13 we were notified the skylights arrived at the warehouse. We reached out that same day to schedule the install. On Dec 15 we were able to confirm the install date for Dec 19. On Dec 19 there was snow on the roof which created unsafe conditions for working. We rescheduled the install for Dec 22. Then on Dec 20 we had a opening in our schedule come available for Dec 21. We completed the install on Dec 21. Our office manager followed up on Dec 22 to confirm everything was good with the job. The response we received was "we are very pleased with the job from the beginning to the end so if we ever need anything else we will get a hold of your company thank you very much. Merry Christmas and a happy New Year". As I said earlier we appreciate any and all feedback so we can continue to improve. I wish I knew where to improve this particular situation but based on all of the information we have I do not believe we deserve a 3 star review. - Brian Boyed

Very competent people. The company stayed in constant connection through e mail till the job was complete . Reasonable quote. On time even though they are in Columbus. Would highly recommend Skylight now

This company advertised their five star Velux rating, but I'm not impressed by ratings that seem to be self-serving. However, these guys earned their superior rating! They worked with me to get the right product, fully explaining all my options and the advantages / disadvantages of each. On the day of the install, professional installers showed up and explained everything they were going to do. The went right to work and did a great job. They cleaned up the entire workspace - inside and out. I am very pleased with my new skylights and solar tunnel. I would definitely use this firm again.

Skylights Now recently replaced 2 skylights for us. We were very pleased with the process from beginning to end. They provided quality work in a professional manner. The turnaround time from placing the order to the install was approx. 3 weeks, which is what had been quoted to us. The total cost of the job also came in as quoted. In replacing the skylights, the shingles around the skylights needed to be replaced as well. Brian was able to match the new shingles to our existing ones. The brand of skylights installed were Velux, and it was nice to know that Skylights Now has a top 5 star rating with Velux. Overall it was a very good experience and we would not hesitate to us them again.

We worked with Brian at Corps1 over the last couple months, and have had nothing but great experiences! We couldn't find anyone who was able to help us get our *very* old solar furnace off of our roof, and he was able to organize everything from the removal, to roof repair, drywall repair on the inside, and even fixing our insulation in our attic! Brian even came out early one Sunday morning to tarp the roof in the rain when it started to leak inside the house! Excellent service! I have no doubt we will use Corps1 for projects in the future!
