When I contacted Conner he came to my home when it was convenient for me. After a 45 minute assessment of my A/C issue he advised some actions I could take myself to address the issue. He was also very honest and did not try to sell me a service that I did not need. He even went so far as to advise me of a contact that may could help me better. I truly appreciated his honesty. You don't see that much in the business world these days. I even offered him a consultation fee or at least $$ for gas and he politely declined. Needless to say I have his contact saved and will remember him for my business in the future!
