Hector Velasquez showed up promptly at 2 PM to give an estimate as promised. The technician, Angel showed up as promised the following morning at 9 AM. The work was completed very quickly.

Had good customer support, but when actually hired to do the job I asked for they messed it up even more and changed me for something else that I never asked them to check. Then they tried to sneak a bulb replacement I can change a light bulb, why would I need you to do that? Called them back that my lights were still not working they told me they would have to charge an insane amount of money... This shouldve been thoroughly checked the first time... when I hired you...

We will never try to add prices on to our original proposal. What we quote is what we charge. However, we can recommend changes. But our client is free to decide what he/she wants. Sinewave came to do an electrical inspection for a pool project. I received a quote in a day. We hired this company among others we had called because they showed professionalism, they were on time, and explained everything that needed to get done and also worked with any concerns we had in reference to our ongoing pool project. Both master electricians Mr Fidel Velasquez and Mr Hector Velasquez came to our home to work and supervise workers. Their work is above standard and they get the job done right. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. They not only take pride in their work but they also care about the welfare about families. I can not express how important it is to have a licensed-experienced electrician to make sure that your home is safe especially to protect your loved ones. Thank you SineWave for taking the time to do a thorough inspection, professional job, and at the end of our pool project they will come back to make their final inspection (electrical) and tie up any ends that need to get completed.
