Said they could do something that they did not want to do or could not do after hiring and getting a price to do it.

I am sorry you felt this way. But when I last received a phone call, You said let hold off on a few things you wanted to be done. I told you there would be a change order for that. Also, I told you, since you were getting a lot of work done, I had cut you a break in the beginning. Then you did not want certain work done, of course, after I had cut five trees for you. I am still sorry you felt this way after you changed your mind, saying let hold off on the stump grinding and clearing vines.

Contacted company at 7:30 am. Called back almost immediately. Came to house at 11:00 am same day. Cut and removed a tree that had fallen on fence in back yard. Professional and attentive. Cleaned work area after job

These guys showed up on time and worked so hard to help us meet our goal. I would highly recommend them. They are polite and very hard workers. We are having them come back to help with more hauling.
