Simply Rodents contacted me immediately on a Friday night and came and assessed the rat evidence and repair and trapping work to be done. Brianâ  s customer service was excellent. The job was completed within two days. I usually contact a more well known pest control company, however, this job involved a tenant and I wanted the situation investigated ASAP. Brian came out in the evening and walked the perimeter of our home to look for any entry/exit points. He gave us many suggestions on how to prevent rodents from getting into the house and suggested a way to deal with our ground squirrel issues. Would definitely call him again if issues persist.
