This is the best company that has ever worked on my home in Ann Arbor over the 11 years I have lived here. I've had window cleaning, screen repair and gutter cleaning by Simply Amazing. The owner Paul is meticulous, articulate and trustworthy. He is also always on time and calls from my driveway as requested. He is working all over my neighborhood since the word of this got out. Paul aimed to please at first so that his company would grow and now after a few years the quality of the work has not lessened one bit.

they did an excellent job...very detailed work! They are not the lowest price in the business but not the highest either. I would hire them again because I really trusted them all. I really like their work ethic and how friendly and thoughtful they were as far as making sure I was happy with work!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
